After experiencing what it’s like to have a career coach and implementing the strategies I was taught, I nailed the dream job at the time in the first interview and thought to myself “if only others knew these Jedi mind tricks”.  I entered the recruitment industry and spent the next 9 months researching strategies and talking to business owners across all industries to better understand what they look for in the early stages of recruiting new staff.  It was so exciting to educate, motivate and support others to achieve what before had felt impossible.  Each and every person that I coached who followed the strategies were successful in being offered their dream job, from chefs to flight attendants.
